Roll to roll option – Problem-free printing on rolls up to 3.2 m (126″) wide

Convert your flatbed printer into a full-fledged roll to roll printer. Just the job for films, banners, mesh and a whole lot more. Heat-sensitive materials included, thanks to cool LED curing. White ink extends your offering into coloured media and multilayer printing on transparent films.

The printer does its job reliably – even unattended. The control unit regulates the roll tension while the spreading roller smooths the material, helping to prevent crashes and rewind the material neatly. The spreading roller also dissipates static charge for perfect droplet placement and flawless prints.

Dual roll option – Double the productivity with narrow rolls

Do you often process narrow rolls? Here too, swissQprint offers a simple solution. The dual roll option can print two rolls of material in parallel, doubling the productivity.

The patented Tip Switch Vacuum controls the vacuum in small segments – it can even be shut off in the space between rolls. No masking is needed, and optimum vacuum is guaranteed.

Material edges sticking up? Use the edge holders made of stainless steel. Just a few simple steps attach them to the print bed, ready to keep those edges in place.

Oversize board option – Seamless printing on boards up to 4 m (157.5″) long

Create for new dimensions: The oversize board option lets you print boards up to 4 metres (157.5″) long. Its clever controller regulates precise feeding over the conveyor belt. Result: a seamless print covering the entire length. For example on glass kitchen splashbacks, oversize construction site billboards, impressive wall art and other products outside of the standard formats.

Collector paper option – Full bleed flatbed printing with no clean-up work

Full bleed printing on pre-cut boards has always been a speciality of swissQprint flatbed printers. Gain extra convenience and efficiency with the collector paper option! A permeable paper allows the vacuum to do its work, while holding back the ink. The collector paper option thus saves you from having to clean the print bed. Instead, you gain time for productive work.

For board registration, simply use the alignment edge instead of registration pins. The steplessly adjustable registration stops adapt to your formats.

10 colour channels – You define the configuration, both now and later on

You have complete freedom to assemble your colour palette the way you need it today. And to adapt it when the situation changes. There are 10 colour channels available, each one individually configurable.
